New Cat Blanket!
I learned how to join granny squares while making them from this wonderful website http://attic24.typepad.com/. She has a great tutorial that made joining granny squares super easy! I decided to start small and made my kitties a blanket for their cubical in our living room! It turned out pretty cute I think. I made a 4X4 blanket and added eyelash yarn around the edges...cats LOVE eyelash yarn! Let me know what you think!!

Happy Birthday Husband!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JONATHAN!!!
Today is my husband Jon's 24th birthday! I just wanted to take the time and tell him how much I love him.
Jon,
Today is your birthday and although we are having a "different" type of year I just wanted you to know how much I love you! You are an amazing man and an awesome teacher, no matter how difficult it sometimes may be. I can't wait to see what our future holds and where it might take us. No matter what, we have each other and that's ALL I need. I love you so much and hope you enjoy your new golf club!
Love,
Your wife
Your wife
Jamie
For his birthday I bought him this golf club that he hasn't stopped talking about since the first time he was able to use one back in October! It's a TaylorMade R7 Superquad.

Step 1: Get basic supplies. Easter style basket, Styrofoam, different colors of Easter grass (I used pink, green and yellow), pastel flower bundles, egg or other Easter style picks, baby chicks.
Step 2: Put Styrofoam blocks into basket.
Step 3: Stick picks randomly into foam to start filling basket.
Step 4: After picks are all in, randomly place flowers (separate them from their bundles) into foam to fill the edges of basket.
Step 3: Stick picks randomly into foam to start filling basket.
Step 4: After picks are all in, randomly place flowers (separate them from their bundles) into foam to fill the edges of basket.
Step 5: Fill in holes with Easter grass (along the edges and in the middle). The Easter grass will hide the green foam.
Step 7: You're finished!! Enjoy your beautiful Easter Basket Centerpiece!
Happy Easter!!
