Our Master's Carpenter's Square REVAMP!

Last week I decided to update one of our best selling patterns, Our Master's Carpenter's Square! The original was done in creams and browns and looks great, but I wanted to modernize it a little and add more color! Here is what I came up with.

I used a navy blue Moda Bella Solid and a mix of Bella and Echo by Lotta Jansdotter.

I just love piecing my backings and have lots of fun doing it!

I did some dense straight line quilting in the navy and some cathedral windows type quilting in the printed fabrics. I am so please with how this quilt turned out and I hope ya'll like it!

You can purchase a hard copy of the pattern on our website HERE, or a PDF download on Craftsy HERE!  t's a charm pack friendly pattern but you can also make it with FQs and yardage! Hope ya'll have a great week!

I made this quilt for my daughter-in-laws birthday this year. I used 6 inch finished squares instead of the 5 inch charm squares. The colors were navy and blush/light pinks. The center square is embroidered with my son's and her names with their wedding date. Had the long arm quilter use a heart design. I love the way this quilt turned out. Thank you for such a easy to follow and beautiful pattern.
