The doctor's told me that my ligaments were the worse case they've ever seen (of course) and that they put three anchors into my shoulder with cords attached to them to hold all my ligaments in place. Here are pictures of my wounds the day they took the stitches out which was Wednesday November 26th. The last three pictures are from Wednesday and the first two pictures are from yesterday Saturday November 29th so you can see how much better they are looking!
